Monterrey Metropolitan Zone (Mexico) is characterised by industrial activity and its proximity to the border with US. In 2010, 13 municipalities provided infrastructure services that allow people live, work or rest, but also a specific function (housing, work, leisure) due prevalence of one these, impacting daily life population gender.
